I help clients protect their future through careful legal planning, so that they and their loved ones can be provided for when the client is no longer able to personally do so. I do this through my work as a solo practice attorney who practices in Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Probate.
My philosophy is that no two clients are the same. Each client is a whole, complex individual, rather than just a faceless legal issue. I am passionate about helping clients protect their future. I do this by giving them the legal means to secure the safety of their property, family, finances, and health care needs. Not only do I have a strong background in the law, I also have a strong background in medical and science terminology, as well as how the U.S. healthcare system operates. This means that I can better assist in elder law, estate planning, and probate, since I understand basic disease processes.
I offer a confidential 30 minute consultation. This allows the prospective client and I to determine, not only whether I can assist them, but also if we would make a good problem-solving and planning team. I look forward to meeting with you!

Outstanding Legal Advice and Assistance
Attorney Cross Bean assisted me and my family during a probate issue right after my father passed in Tacoma. Being from Indiana, I did not know anything about Washington state laws. When she took over my case, she explained everything to me and my family on level that we could understand, and then ...
"I endorse Bryana as a knowledgeable professional in estate planning, elder law and probate. I would feel comfortable referring clients from my own practice to her to assist in their estate planning needs."
