Matt is a referral from Walt CPA next door, after talking directly to Matt expressing my needs to set up an S Corp for my business at the end July of 2015 and an expected date to open by August, approximately two and a half weeks. He set another employee to handle my needs. Four and a half weeks later filed my business under wrong name, wrong corporate filing. Trying to reach either Matt or his help by phone is impossible and emails went unanswered 1-2 weeks or longer. After talking with Matt in the 7th week I explained my dissatisfaction he was eager not to solve my needs but sent me packing. Now after all the service charges I am having to pay another person to fix this mess. Matt offered me another Lawyer that can help. Why would you refer me someone else?
Don't wast your time because it is worth more.

I have had the opportunity to work with Matt on many occasions. He has assisted me with corporate structuring, litigation and real estate related matters. Many of my legal issues are complex and involved. I have found Matt to have the uncanny ability to strategize and define potential pathways to reach the least complicated solutions.
I have been very satisfied with his counsel and the outcome of the many matters on which he has guided me. I will continue to use Matt on all my legal matters and consider him a trusted advisor. He has a great deal of integrity and I always feel I am getting a thorough and complete picture of my situation.

My work involves home/commercial construction management, land development and involvement in both local and state land-use legislation on behalf of others. A good chunk of my time is spent working with my clients’ attorneys. I have gotten to know Matt Lind over the years, because several of my clients retain him. Matt has proven to be competent, honest and hard working. I have seen his counsel and calmness help resolve many “conflicts” before they got out-of-hand. He’s also proven worthy of dealing with personal estates and keeping harmony among families. I once heard a wise judge say, “A good lawyers know how to litigate, great lawyers know to resolve conflict without going to the last resort (court).” I consider Matt part of the latter.

I have hired Matt for various legal projects. most important was a situation in a joint business venture that was misrepresented to me and Matt helped me resolve the issues with minimal impact. He has also worked on property transaction's as well other business corporation's that I own. I would highly recommend Matt for his services.

Matt Failed to capitalize on the facts of my case. He told me our strategy, but failed to follow his own strategy of waiting for an offer to come to us, but he still charged me with meetings with the opposition with no offer on the table. We never received any replies to requests for information, but he was very insistent that we provide every scrap of paper from my personal files to the opposing lawyer before any discovery or even before he made our case. When we went to mediation, he was not familiar with the points of my case, and I explained for myself. I gave him information from my personal files, neatly and in folders, when it was returned, not everything was returned and it was a mess...not very professional. the outcome of my case was far less than expected and cost far more than the services I received. the facts are that I gave away part of my property for a right of way, needlessly.

My wife and I used Mr Lind for estate and trust planning, LLC formation, and general advice. He was great to deal with and very knowledgable in all categories mentioned above. Highly recommend if you live in the Kitsap region.

Matt was a huge help to us recently. He has helped us with business contracts and negotiation. He has also helped us form an S-corporation and file all necessary forms. Thank you Matt for all your hard work. I always had piece of mind that things would get done quickly and done right the first time.
