Matt is a referral from Walt CPA next door, after talking directly to Matt expressing my needs to set up an S Corp for my business at the end July of 2015 and an expected date to open by August, approximately two and a half weeks. He set another employee to handle my needs. Four and a half weeks l...ater filed my business under wrong name, wrong corporate filing. Trying to reach either Matt or his help by phone is impossible and emails went unanswered 1-2 weeks or longer. After talking with Matt in the 7th week I explained my dissatisfaction he was eager not to solve my needs but sent me packing. Now after all the service charges I am having to pay another person to fix this mess. Matt offered me another Lawyer that can help. Why would you refer me someone else? Don't wast your time because it is worth more.

Matt Failed to capitalize on the facts of my case. He told me our strategy, but failed to follow his own strategy of waiting for an offer to come to us, but he still charged me with meetings with the opposition with no offer on the table. We never received any replies to requests for information, but... he was very insistent that we provide every scrap of paper from my personal files to the opposing lawyer before any discovery or even before he made our case. When we went to mediation, he was not familiar with the points of my case, and I explained for myself. I gave him information from my personal files, neatly and in folders, when it was returned, not everything was returned and it was a mess...not very professional. the outcome of my case was far less than expected and cost far more than the services I received. the facts are that I gave away part of my property for a right of way, needlessly.
