Would have gotten a better outcome if I would have had a public defender. This guy will not defend you. Instead he will roll over and take the other side in my case and as others have stated below. Sam Feinson thru me under the bus to the prosecutor on a DWI case that the cops had no evidence period.... They never administered a breathalyzer test-no blood test or had any other evidence I called him up to check on where he was on my case and He got totally out of control and started screaming and cussing at me on the phone. He lied to me all the time about how he was handling my case and then he totally quit defending me. I verified these lies with others involved in the case. Hired Mr Feinson to file on our behalf an unlawful detainer and to retrieve monies owed to us by our tenant. Throughout the whole process he hasn’t communicated with us nor kept us up to date and was never available in the office. In addition, he hasn’t instructed us that he would not be able to go... forward unless he gets his fee agreement amount up front. He just simply ignored us and delayed the process. What was odd, instead Mr. Feinson repeatedly emphasized our tenant’s complaint statements to us which appeared to us as if she was his client and not us. Because he hasn’t filed any action Mr. Feinson offered to refund part of costs and fees and suggested we look for a new tenant and move on. We were so disgusted with his unprofessionalism and attitude through the whole process, we never got back to him and decided to cut our loses and move on

I have had a wonderful experience so far using Mr. Feinson as my attorney. The most important part is he was incredibly honest with me about the divorce process. Divorce is a very emotional process, especially when it involves children and he regularly reminded me that I needed to stay focused (less ...emotional) in order to get the best results and accomplish what needed to get done. Many attorneys will just "take your money" and do whatever you tell them, while giving you false hope of what the outcome would be. I find honestly to be an incredibly important trait in an attorney, and that is what Mr. Feinson provided. He was available when I needed to speak with him and was always very kind and understanding when it came to me explaining my concerns and my situation. And lastly, when it came to court hearings, he prepared me for what would unfold, and carried himself in court in a very impressive manner. I was thankful to have him on my side. I would definitely recommend Mr. Feinson.
