Sadly, we've had countless meetings that often seem unorganized and missing pertinent information. Has a hard time relaying anything in written form. May be scared of prosecutor or unwilling to adequately negotiate. Doesn't relay any court dates. Has a tendency to blame client, rather than take respo...nsibility for poor communication, not being prepared or not having all information. Seems she would rather you take a deal...then fight for your rights. Doesn't give sound professional advice or like coming up with a methodical plan of execution. Being on the same page, highly rare and she doesn't not in least bit care about how your life will be impacted in the future. Regardless if your innocent. She always gave me the vibe she didn't believe me or it didn't matter what the truth was. Good luck maybe she'll work out for you, but as for me. A disaster!

My most deepest apologies to this attorney for my ignorance, due to and injection damages, I have sustain from a surgery that should have never taken place I have filed a few complaints on this attorney, because I thought her behavior was in appropriate, witch some of it could have been, I think thi...s is infarct a good attorney, But with all the stress that has been put on me and have endured and with the damages that I’ve sustained from resent surgeries, has made me stupid, and unaware that every thing we do on line now goes public, I retract anything I have said bad about this fine attorney, And I’m deeply ashamed of my self, for not seeing how stupid I have become, for the damages I have sustain in several surgeries, I highly recommend this attorney, and hope she can find it in her heart to forgive me and my ignorant behavior, she is a fine attorney and very smart, but she should stop smoking, we need her to stay alive, and helping use as long as possible! I will not say this was an easy case. Being accused and then charged for a crime is stressful enough. Jeniece came in and took charge of everything. It meant so much to me when her staff said i should wait and see if I was appointed (she is a private firm that is contracted with the county) to her in...stead of spending money to retain her. They were looking out for me instead of trying to make a buck.

It was a difficult time for me being charged with a crime and handling so many of the collateral consequences of that. Sitting in jail on bail I couldn't afford made it that much more difficult. But Ms. Lacross and her team became more than a lawyer to me. They effectively represented me at every sta...ge of my case from bail, to pretrial motions, and through sentencing. She treated me with dignity and I will always be grateful for her.

In the middle of a huge case Jeniece went out of her way to be present and represent our case helping expedite the process of gettIng out of incarceration and on with our lives. She was representing the case as a public defense attorney yet presented herself as if she were being paid top dollar and ...that meant a lot. Good lawyer, good person - I'd recommend her.
