HE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU! Thank you Thaddeus!!!

After a mountain of paperwork took over my entire dining room table and started to overwhelm me in every direction of my life and my claims manager mismanaged my case and my employer started fighting and then the state started fighting me (all the ands should tell how many issues can result from one ...injury) an injury that "I have to deal with for the rest of my life"! Not the state, not my employer but ME and MY injury. I felt absolutely defeated and mistreated by an agency that I paid into to help me in a situation like this and an employer who I trusted, I decided to pick up the phone and call Palace Law offices on the advice of my husband who heard the Radio ads on KISW, oh and this process was putting stress on my marriage which could be why he recommended l call. When I did I was transferred to Thaddeus, no voicemail or leave a message but I actually got through to a real live person? He listened to me ramble on and then said he might be able to help . He gave no false promises on the phone, just straight up said come in and let's talk for free to see if I can help you? Since that day forward I have felt like a thousand pounds was lifted from my shoulders and I couldn't be more satisfied on his expert knowledge of the daunting L&I process navigating the system once the tides start turning on you. He actually took the time to listen to me and spend prob more time than he needed to in the phone with me to reassure me that he's handling it and I can let go of the reigns. I had a hard time trusting anyone by this time. He FIGHTS for what is right and even though I knew he had much larger monetary claims than mine, he never made me feel like that. He educated Me every step of the way and didn't miss a beat! As time went on I realized I don't need to talk to him every week bc he will contact me when I need to know. He kept Me in the loop at all turns. I'm extremely satisfied with everything he does! He WILL keep going as far as I want to take it. He's a kind hearted but tough lawyer who has given me faith in the legal system and to know there's someone in my side when I felt like the whole world was against me still makes me emotional to think about. He won't stop until all the cards are played or until you tell him to. He cares about justice and I can't THANK YOU enough Thaddeus!!!! I hope you read this and I hope others will read it too. Because when that mountain of paperwork starts to take over your life and you feel defeated, depressed or any other negative feeling that punches you in the face over and over, that might be the time to pick up the phone and make that call to Thaddeus! I wasn't disappointed, he has alot to give and will treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve!!!!

Thank you Thaddeus!

Thaddeus Sikes works in the firm of Palace Law. The firm as a whole, owned by Patrick Palace, is beyond reproach! I can't speak highly enough of them. Thaddeus has been representing me during a very difficult part of my workers compensation case. We recently had to go before the Board of Insurance ...for a hearing, and due to the diligent work and preparation of Thaddeus, we won! My case is ongoing and difficult, but it takes a huge weight off of my shoulders, knowing that someone like Thaddeus and the rest of the staff at Palace Law, are there to represent and fight for me. Thaddeus is very knowledgeable, very compassionate and is great about keeping me informed. He listens well also. I would recommend Palace Law and Thaddeus Sikes to anyone having to deal with Wa. Labor and Industries. Thank you Thaddeus!
