Chris handled my case very professionally and was always on top of things. I had no idea what to expect and having Chris represent me was the best decision I made. He went out of his way to communciate with the other attorney and always kept me informed as to what was going on. He went above and b...
We do have excellent, and professional staff. A prosecutor told me recently that he had never before seen the level of persistence and dedication that he saw from my paralegal.

At first I believed Chris was going to fight for me. I am a working professional who was in an mentally abusive marriage with my husband. I realized it was time to leave. I have always done the right thing in life and thought I was doing the right thing by leaving. I have 2 wonderful children who...
I do not know who this former client is. I suppose the disadvantage of online, anonymous reviews is that interpersonal, constructive communication is not possible. I would invite this person to please call me, or stop by my office so we can discuss the specific criticisms here, so I can improve. I can say that my office has a policy to always respond to clients within 24 hours. I am available via email, phone and in person. In one recent case, based on a client's needs, we sent over 65 emails in a four month period, I met with her every week and a half, and we talked on the phone in between those meetings. This type of contact is common during a busy case. I am grateful for each one of my clients, and recognize that each one is unique. I try to give objective and informed advice based on the law and my experience from the very start of a matter. I have observed that cases work out better when clients follow my advice, as sometimes it is hard for people to see the weaknesses in their case, the risks in their actions, or not to make decisions based on the strong emotions inherent in dissolution.
"I endorse this lawyer. Chris is a good, pragmatic lawyer who won't waste your time or money. He is ethical, kind, and knowledgeable."
"I endorse this lawyer. Chris is very well regarded by those of us in the Skagit County legal community. I refer clients to Chris who have family law issues with absolute confidence. He is also a genuinely nice person."
"I endorse Christopher. He is a highly skilled attorney that is well respected in the legal community."
"Chris and I met recently through the Skagit County collaborative divorce community which he's taken the initiative in forming. Though we've not yet had cases together, it's obvious to me that, in addition to his obvious leadership skill, he's a smart attorney and someone who is both honest and trustworthy. I've been doing this kind of work a long time and can recognize who is sincere in truly wanting to help clients and who is willing to walk his talk. To do this kind of work requires a capacity to stretch and grow, to see one's own shadow, and to discover the times and places one gets caught. That's not an easy for anyone. I definitely see that willingness in Chris. He clearly cares about doing good work. I look forward to partnering with him on what will hopefully be many collaborative cases over the years to come."
"I endorse this lawyer. He cares and prepares. With both facts and a current research on the law, he comes ready to represent his clients. I recommend Christopher Taylor."
"Mr. Taylor and I were against each other in a very challenging divorce, with a multitude of issues. I found him to be incredibly competent, fair and responsive. Chris' work ethic is very high. He has the potential to be one of the best attorneys around. Also, I find him to be a man of fine morals and the Skagit community is lucky he is practicing law in our county. He has earned the respect of many members of our bar."
"Chris is a great lawyer and a great guy. I worked with him when he was a prosecutor and I mentored and supervised him when he came to work at my office. He is very dedicated to his clients and will work hard for you. We were sorry to see him move to the other side of the mountains."
"I have had the opportunity to work with Chris in a number of situations.Chris is knowledgeable in many fields and is an extremely conscientious advocate. I have heard many clients comment upon his positive attitude and encouraging nature. I will continue to refer potential clients to Chris without reservation."
"When Christopher practiced in Kittitas County, I had the opportunity to work with him at the County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, as well as seek out his advice after he left and went into private practice. Chris has always demonstrated the utmost professionalism, respectability, and diligence in his legal career. I believe he works hard for his clients and is very missed in our little community."
"Chris recently left practice here in Kittitas County which is a real loss for our small legal community. I found him to be a diligent, effective, and firm opposing counsel who always managed to represent himself and his clients with great dignity, grace and presence."
