I urgently need to find a new attorney because Jaime Kim has failed me miserablely. I have called and left her messagr after message and she hasnt returned even one of my calls. I went into Bothell for a violation hearing because I had new criminal law violations after this case out of Bothell happ...ened. I was on time for court and had time to speak with her before court. She verified that I am in IOP treatment and have been in compliance with probation out of Skagit county. When i finally was called to the stand after sitting in court for 3 and a half hours, not even kidding, 3 and a half hours I was the second to last person called to the stand and both the judge and prosecutor accused me of being late for court when in fact I was there before court started and had only left for maybe 5 minutes to use the bathroom which I told Jamie that I was going to use the bathroom before I stepped out. When the prosecutor and attorney accused me of being late Jamie wouldnt even verify for courts that I had been there the entire time even though she knew this was true. And even though she verified with my probation officer that Id been in compliance with probation and IOP she barely touched on the progress Ive made. Also she knew that I was still on EHM for skagit completing my sentence on jail alternatives but she still let the judge only give me one week to turn myself in to jail. The way she had things work out puts me in a position where I cant avoid in any way shape or form at least 2 warrants being issued for me. In order to tuen myself in I have to get the EHM removed and they wont remove it until my sentence is finished and if I go to Snohomish county jail for Bothell with the bracelet on the judge in Bothell said they would cut it off which would put me in massive debt for the equipment and get me a new theft charge out of Skagit for the EHM equipment. If i dont turn myself in for Bothell then a warrant will be issued and I will no longer be in compliance with the Skagit jail alternatives because you cant have any warrants and qualify for jail alternatives in Skagit county. So Skagit will come get me and put me in jail for Bothell issuing a warrant for not turning myself into jail. I have tried to call Jamie Kim to possibly file a motion to reconsider or get my commit date pushed out until i finish my sentence for Skagit and Issaquah because I have the deal with Issaquah to do 3 months EHM after im done with Skagit and it is on a strict schedule to be started within one day of Skagits EHM ending. If she could just get my commit pushed out til after these other things Im obligated to do then I wouldnt be leaving this review but she doesnt care that im doinh great in IOP staying clean and that im going to end up having to do 7 months in jail because she wont do her job, and from the looks of her other reviews it looks like Im not the only person she isnt doing her job with. She obviously doesnt care enough about any of her clients to make them any sort of priority in her life. If youve just been assigned her dont wait for her to neglect you as well, just immediately request a different attorney. Im going to give her a chance to redeem herself and hopefully get me out of this mess and if she does I will come back and revise this review to be positive. All i want her to do is make me believe she cares about my freedom and my life. If she does that and tries to do what Im asking her before Im suppose to turn myself in on Tues then I will take back everything bad I have said in this review but if she doesnt try to do what Im asking then this will be the first negative review of as many as i can find and I will also be sending her superiors this review along with the WA State Bar Association and any other organizations I can find that can do something. havent received effective assistance of counsel and should honestly appeal the decision of the courts. What good is an attorney you can never reach or speak to?

She never answers my calls or calls back doesn't know what's going on with my case when I did call voicemail always full I was sent to treatment and informed her but she went to court while I was in treatment and still allowed warrents issued for failure to appear and I have another court date coming... up and she won't answer. I have numerous thing to bring to her attention and won't make any contact with me.
