Richard Mark Sybrandy

Richard Sybrandy is the most competent lawyer I've ever met. He's very personable and easy to work with and he is one hell of a trial lawyer. What I liked most about working with him was his collaborative approach, working directly with him to build our case in the best way possible. When we'd meet, ...he would make sure that his work was within our objectives and he always let us know the potential costs before making any decisions so we could decide if we wanted to continue. He's a straight shooter, which is a quality I appreciate in a person. If you have a good case, he'll fight for you. If you have a bad case, he'll be honest with you about it so that you don't waste your money fighting a losing battle. That's a hard quality to find in a lawyer, but it's a quality that he has. I respect him for that. He helped us with a relocation case that was dragged out by the other side out of bitterness and spite. In the end, he not only got our relocation approved in such a brutal landslide victory that I felt embarrassed for the other side, he was able to prove to the court that the other side lied and manipulated the court repeatedly and got us attorney fees for that reason. Richard helped us immensely and changed ours and our children's lives for the better and I have the utmost gratitude and love for him for all the work he put into our case. It was great working with him and listening to his wild stories that he tells of past cases. I'm gonna miss that now that this case is over. Lol. I would recommend Richard before anyone else.
