My former spouse and I elected to create a mutually agreeable separation contract prior to initiating the divorce. This streamlined the process and enabled us to make our own decisions concerning the division of assets. My primary contact was Larissa Mercer, a paralegal and JD. She ensured the separation contract, and its changes, were accurately prepared in a timely manner. She kept us informed of the status of documents as they were filed and approved. Both Larissa and Tracy helped me resolve an unexpected issue that arose after the separation contract had been approved. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, answered ALL questions, fast response from entire team! Tracy and her team responded to my emails quickly, professionally, and completely. This was VERY important as I was working on this legal issue remotely from another state.
