I felt my divorce dragged on longer than it needed to, but most of that wasn't Mr. Gallagher's fault. I was asked to supply a whole litany of information which was never used, but had we gone to trial I know we would have been better prepared. I never had any doubts about who had the better lawyer, ...& that was a comfort. My only misgiving was that since we both wanted this divorce & there were no kids involved; one would have thought we could have scheduled an arbitration sooner, since everything was pretty much decided there.

Mike is a great lawyer who was more than capable to come into my complicated case and see and deal with the important issues with results right away upon appearance in the case. not finished yet. but well worth it you cant hire a better lawyer. since its not over yet i wont give the details but in hiring mike you will have some homework and dont drop the ball with getting it done like i did, he does not beat around the bush.Mike is honest and straight to the point talking to... him he is out going and funny but when he steps into the court room WOW! mike does not mess around, he fights for you. like many guys been divorced for a long time i got sucker punched by the ex. Mike tells you SHE'S NOT YOUR FRIEND!!!!!!!!!! belive him it will be ugly . Since my case is not over yet and wont be for almost a year all i can say is when you get served and those emails start coming and you get stressed out. Having mike there for the rebutales you leave with a weight off your shoulders. i think the best part of the hearings i have been through is how unfair my ex has it seriously i have left every time thinking mike is the pro bowler and the other attorney is on the peewee team. and hey you men or women going through this it will get better it sucks but getting your a@# handed to you in court would make it worse so pick wisely money well spent and spending some more i am sure.

Divorce & custody battles are seldom pretty so if you're forced into a fight I recommend having the best representation possible. As a father I thought my rights where limited but Mr. Gallagher proved that not to be the case. Mr. Gallagher fought for my rights as a father and thanks to him my son liv...es with his Daddy.
