Mr. Gallagher couldn't seem to stay focused on anything. He was late by 10-15 minutes for every meeting I had with him and would often eat lunch or play on his laptop while I was trying to discuss my case with him. I would meet with him once a week and would have to repeat everything we had discuss...ed at the previous meeting because he had either not paid attention to or had forgotten the facts of my case. After filing my paperwork, he realized the day before the hearing that he had not filed all of the necessary paperwork and we had to ask for a continuance. I did not feel like Mr. Gallagher cared about my case or the outcome of our motions that were filed. All he cared about was how much money he could get out of my wallet.

The process was not easy, especially on the front end. I was granted the privilege of being primary custodian to my son (i am a male) and kept my home. This all happened thanks to his hard work, intelligence/experience and hard nose attitude. It is important to note that his paralegal, Sharon, is fantastic as well. She understands the process and provides valuable input, makes sure everything gets done that happens in court. I recommend Mike for anyone who wants to have the highest % to secure a favorable outcome.

If you need a lawyer that is professional, hard working, and tells it like it is; then Mike is your guy! He and his staff go beyond the call of duty. Yes, you will have your homework to do but this gives Mike the information needed to fight your case. Basically you get what you pay for, so don't make... the mistake of hiring a lawyer that doesn't get the job done or waste your money. Hire Mike to give it to you straight. With him you can't go wrong!

Mike is a bright guy and a lot of fun. He is easily distracted however and needs supervision. Long after our initial hearing, he called me asking if I had receicved final court papers. At this point, the deadline for appeal was long past and this ended up costing me thousands. He ended up saving ...me thousands but I largely orchestrated the settlement terms. I am a newcomer to the legal process and would have expected better service for what I was paying him. He often seemed more interested in getting to cocktail hour and was more than willing to teach the opposition attorney how to practice law on my dime. There are far better attorneys out there.
