..I have had the pleasure on retaining this phenomenal man on more than one occasion. The man is amazing, he simply can't be put into words! I have worked with several attorney's over the years in many aspects of the law. I firmly believe he is the best domestic relations attorney in Washington stat...e, if not to the to the California border. I have worked with domestic relations in Oregon, even working with Oregon domestic relations attorney's he is better than the best of them. He is honest, has a enormous amount of integrity.. I am a Dad, I have " Engaged" Mike on a few occasions since I originally filed ( and was eventually granted) FULL custody regarding my Son, this was a lengthy and complex " Custody Battle" , involving several states, Restraining Orders ,i multiple issues and false allegations, ie: psychopathic and an...ti-social behavior on the mothers behalf. I have had to re-visit this case a few times since it was originally filed in 2003 and I can say Mike has exceeded all my expectations in every possible regard! He is ethical, trustworthy, fair & honest. One thing that truly stands out is that he is truly concerned abut the children, in the case of my Son, his life would have been completely destroyed had he NOT been the case Mike removed ALL his mothers parental rights! Throughout the case, everyone wanted to believe the mother, the evidence spoke otherwise and he got to the bottom of it quicker than you can imagine. If your case requires an expert , as mine required many, or is even less complex, Mike has an aptitude for finding the smartest and most professional experts if needed to call on in their field. Last count there were 13 ( Thirteen) 4 inch binders for my case, I had used several attorneys before him and wasted $ because these attorneys were more out for there own best interest ( I was a bit naïve), I gave my full Faith & Confidence in Mike and his performed excellently in every regard. His staff is efficient, very professional and pleasant to deal with! It might seem like you will pay a bit more for MIke's services , but trust me, I wish I'd hired him the first time, I'd saved a lot of $ from incompetent attorney's and Guardian ad Litem's Thanks So Much Mike!!!

I have used Michael Gallagher as my attorney for Divorce. We were able to quickly get divorced in 91 days, which is exactly what we wanted. Gallagher is very precise and doesn't waste time. not finished yet. but well worth it you cant hire a better lawyer. since its not over yet i wont give the details but in hiring mike you will have some homework and dont drop the ball with getting it done like i did, he does not beat around the bush.Mike is honest and straight to the point talking to... him he is out going and funny but when he steps into the court room WOW! mike does not mess around, he fights for you. like many guys been divorced for a long time i got sucker punched by the ex. Mike tells you SHE'S NOT YOUR FRIEND!!!!!!!!!! belive him it will be ugly . Since my case is not over yet and wont be for almost a year all i can say is when you get served and those emails start coming and you get stressed out. Having mike there for the rebutales you leave with a weight off your shoulders. i think the best part of the hearings i have been through is how unfair my ex has it seriously i have left every time thinking mike is the pro bowler and the other attorney is on the peewee team. and hey you men or women going through this it will get better it sucks but getting your a@# handed to you in court would make it worse so pick wisely money well spent and spending some more i am sure.
