Divorce & custody battles are seldom pretty so if you're forced into a fight I recommend having the best representation possible. And only Gallagher was able to decipher and correct the mess my ex, other attorneys & the courts created. There were 30 attorneys involved one way or another. I would have saved a lot of money if I hired him sooner! He was flexible on the payment arrangements, he and his office staff were pleasant,... professional and seemed very efficient. Family law is a very specialized practice, it takes a attorney rock solid values who is not scared to take on the system and who is honest. Last autumn, my husband blind-sided me with divorce papers. His initial settlement offer was outrageously one-sided.
