Biography
Since coming to the firm in 1991, attorney Wayne Pellegrini has focused his legal practice exclusively to advocate for his clients facing a myriad of family law issues including divorce, child custody, paternity, non-parental custody, modification enforcements, child support, step-parent adoption and other family law related actions.
Mr. Pellegrini is an experienced family law attorney whose practice began in Seattle and has expanded to include continuous case actions in Snohomish, Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties. He has handled countless trials, arbitrations and settlement conferences through the years. He brings to his clients years of experience and legal understanding of how the courts will most often adjudicate their legal action. More importantly, he understands the human element in every action facing his clients. For that purpose he encourages his clients to consider alternative resolutions and workable solutions, which may result in a more peaceful and amicable result rather than an expensive courtroom battle.
He is a former adjunct faculty member of Northwest College in Kirkland, WA, and Manchester School of Business in Virginia Beach, VA. He received his J.D. from Regent University School of Law, where he was distinguished with the Virginia’s Trial Lawyer’s Association Student of the Year for Trial Advocacy

Not acceptable
I would strongly discourage using wayne. I used him for a parenting plan modification and was thoroughly disappointed. After reassuring me of his confidence I ended up losing everything we went to court for. He seemed baffled by this. My child support was cut in half. Lost an extra day with my child ...
