About Brian
Biography
Brian is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Snohomish County Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Practicing law for over 20 years he has the experience needed to win. With six children of his own, Mr. Duce is familiar with the many challenges facing families today. He is an active member of his community as well, serving on the local YMCA Board 2005 - 2010, coaching little league for 19 years, and a past member of the Marysville Noon Rotary.
He has also been Nationally recognized by the NAFDD as one of the top DUI attorneys in the State of Washington.

He needs a new wife- office assistant - or both
She is unqualified to be answering questions, and when she doesn't know the answer - she says, "good luck" and hangs up on you. He doesn't seem bothered by how she treats people - I called back to ask if they usually hang up on people, she passed me to Brian. He said, eh. He either needs a new wife ...
