About Brian
Biography
Brian is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Snohomish County Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Practicing law for over 20 years he has the experience needed to win. With six children of his own, Mr. Duce is familiar with the many challenges facing families today. He is an active member of his community as well, serving on the local YMCA Board 2005 - 2010, coaching little league for 19 years, and a past member of the Marysville Noon Rotary.
He has also been Nationally recognized by the NAFDD as one of the top DUI attorneys in the State of Washington.

Family Law
Mr. Duce helped me with a very long child support/custody case. He was very professional and helpful. My case lasted over a year and a half. Brian was very patient with a payment plan. His easy going personality really helped in court. He is a great attorney and a good man.

Minor under the influence
My son had charges for being a minor under the influence and Brian did a great job with helping us. He was able to get it down to a few hours of community service, which was alot better then we expected. Thanks again Brian.

DUI case
Brian did a great job helping me with a DUI charge. He got the charges brought down lower then I thought was possible. Ended up as just reckless driving. I didn't loose my license and just needed to complete minimal treatment. Can't thank him enough.
