In 2006, he received his Bachelor's Degree from Western Washington University. Before graduate school he spent time commercial fishing in Alaska and working for a local construction company. Mr. Thompson graduated cum laude from Liberty University School of Law in 2011, admitted to practice law in the state of Washington and United States District Court of the Western District of Washington, and became a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Not All Heroes Wear Capes - Brent is the Lawyer You Want in Your Corner
When I faced an assault DV4 charge, with a prosecutor demanding a guilty plea, the situation seemed dire. The evidence was heavily against me. Despite these challenges, Brent Thompson guided me with patience and expertise, achieving a resolution through a stipulated order of continuance (SOC). His de...

My lawyer, Brent Thompson, has been taking care of me for 2 years now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my affairs, he has always been able to show me the brighter side of the situation. Great Work, very helpful
I was being charged with Domestic Violence based on a false claim. Unfortunately the accuser has a witness that had filed a similar testimony and unfortunately unless one of them admitted to lying I had no way to fight this at trial. I entered into an SOC at the recommendation of Brent Thompson. I ha...

Case Dismissed!!!
There is so much to say, where does one start... Brent Thompson is not only an excellent lawyer, he is kind, caring and compassionate. He walked me through an extremely traumatic event in my life, and took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I was falsely accused of a dom...
"I endorse Brent Thompson. I have worked with Mr. Thompson on several matters and have relied on his expertise on specialized issues in a few cases. I can refer cases to Mr. Thomspon without hesitation, as I have seen him both in the courtroom and behind the scenes working with clients. He is a tireless advocate and doe snot stop until he achieves the best possible result for his clients. Brent is personable but tenacious and is an excellent lawyer."
"I've known Mr. Thompson for many years. Few attorneys approach each case with his dedication and care. He is very knowledgeable and is great in the courtroom. If you are in trouble, give Brent a call!"
"Brent is the most competent, hard working, creative, and diligent lawyer I have ever met. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. He obsesses over every detail of every case, constantly trying to get the best possible result for every client. Funny thing is that, after all that commitment to his work, he does get the best results possible. Recently he sued the Federal Government on a gun rights case. I had my doubts that it was a good idea. The Feds can be, shall we say, difficult?. He not only devoted himself to the work, but he won what many would consider to be a virtually impossible case. And he got the judge to order the US Attorney's Office to pay for our client's legal fees in the process. Need I say more? Brent is a phenomenal lawyer and every one of his clients is in great hands."
"Brent has the guts and expertise to take on the federal government over the denial of firearm rights. Lots of people talk about it but he has done it."
"Brent and I have collaborated on cases together and he is very determined to seek justice for his clients."
