I was being charged with Domestic Violence based on a false claim. Unfortunately the accuser has a witness that had filed a similar testimony and unfortunately unless one of them admitted to lying I had no way to fight this at trial. I entered into an SOC at the recommendation of Brent Thompson. I ha...d to preform a few tasks as part of the agreement, none of which were all that difficult, and then do 12 months of probation and reporting once a month.
