Len Saunders is very professional, helpful, resourceful, and knowledgeable immigration lawyer. Len has been my immigration lawyer since 2005. Len helped me with US citizenship and spousal visa for my husband. He was always available to answer any questions throughout the process. We applied in March ...and in November my husband got his visa. Len even helped my husband at the border to make the process a little less stressful while crossing as a US permanent resident for the first time. My husband and I are very grateful for his assistance.

Len Saunders has helped me and my family with TN visas for about 8 years now and his advice has been excellent at all times. We have come to regard Len as a personal friend. Recently my employer filed an Employment Based Two petition for my position with a request for a national interest waiver. The ...USCIS requested additional evidence for the waiver. My experience with Len started off great. He helped me with my status. We moved on to my son and it started off well. Len stated it would be an open and shut case. My son should have his status by his 18th birthday. My son's birthday has come and gone.....no word from Len. I have no idea what i...s been happening with my son's case. Len will not return my calls. He booked an appointment with me to discuss the details and he doesn't show up. I have been trying and trying to get in touch with Len for over 9 months!! Not ONE phone call back to me. I am terribly frustrated and disappointed!!
