You could not possibly imagine a better immigration lawyer than Len Saunders. My case was a bit complicated, so I carefully weighed the alternatives - other lawyers, paralegal companies, Reddit and Visa Journey support groups. During our 2-year process of obtaining a spousal immigration visa while my US-citizen spouse and I were living in Canada, he and his paralegal, Pavan, were incredibly efficient at filing all the necessary paperwork and preparing us for the next steps. If an important milestone or change came up, he reached out to us before we had time to think about it. We live just across the Canadian border from his office, so he encouraged us to drop by for check-ins regularly. In addition to his legal expertise, he is an entertaining conversationalist and a great coach. When our spirits were lagging, he was always able keep us optimistic with witty anecdotes and practical advice. By contrast, when I looked at the self-help community support groups, a majority of the posters were experiencing anxiety and frustration and delays because of mistakes in paperwork or wrong assumptions about their situations. Len took care of us with endless patience and expertise. He thoroughly prepared me for my interview at the US Consulate in Montreal and accurately predicted how it would unfold. When our case was approved, he was as happy as we were. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I was so nervous to seek the assistance of a lawyer. I absolutely, positively recommend Len Saunders of Blaine Immigration. I moved from Vancouver BC a few years ago, obtaining TN status on my own and re-establishing my professional career in Seattle. After marrying and buying a home, I attempted the immigration process on my own, without a lawyer. ... After getting stumped by changes to the document submission process and encountering significant delays at the NVC, I realized that my own handling of the immigration process was a formidable mistake. He wanted to know right away if the interview had issues and help resolve them immediately. If I were to turn back time, I would have hired Len at the get-go because he is an lawyer who is "on the pulse", and clearly cares about his clients and his work. He knows the latest, the minutiae, and is an expert among immigration lawyers when it comes to Canadians immigrating to the US.
