My experience with was terrible. At first he seemed very good but as soon as I was committed to working with him it was like he dropped off the face of the earth!!! A process that was supposed to take 3 months in the "worst case scenario" has been going on for more than 9 months. He never returns ...any of my calls/voicemails. He was supposed to send me my file that he told me he had submitted 6 months ago and he never has!!!! I am quite sure he never submitted it in the first place and now he is too embarrassed to prove that he hasn't so instead he just avoids me, screens my calls, has his receptionist lie and if I do happen to catch him on his cell, he says he can't speak right then because he is in the middle of something and that he will call me back in an hour, or 20 minutes, or at 4pm...something specific....which means he is obviously lying and then of course he never returns my call! At this point I am going to have to find a new lawyer to try to help me out. What a complete was of time and money!!!! He has been TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! There is nothing worse than being committed to a consultant, trusting them...that they are working on your behalf and that they are professional and compensating them accordingly and then finding out the complete opposite. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!!!

This man and his company are COMPLETELY untrustworthy. As others have stated, at the beginning he is easy to reach and helpful. The moment he got our filing fees for immigration we haven't been able to reach him, he dodges calls, emails and texts. Our file hasn't come back yet, he refuses to give us ...a receipt and to be quite frank, I don't think he ever even filed (we have called the lockbox where our file should have gone and they have not record of it at all). He constantly lies, saying he has gone down to Seattle to check on the file and also to get me emergency travel pass (he never did either).

Mr. Leonard Saunders with The Immigration Law Firm PLLC. was great and very reachable and communicative at first and prior to receiving my N400 Form with a partial payment of $1200. I have called his office multiple times, left messages, wrote emails and have had no response. It has been approximatel...y 90 days. It is and has been very frustrating and disappointing to put your trust and money on someone who clearly has shown NO ethics, or business etiquette. I still have no idea were I stand and now have to go through WSBA Washington State Board Association and file a formal compliant.

My experience with Len started off great. He helped me with my status. We moved on to my son and it started off well. Len stated it would be an open and shut case. My son should have his status by his 18th birthday. My son's birthday has come and gone.....no word from Len. I have no idea what i...s been happening with my son's case. Len will not return my calls. He booked an appointment with me to discuss the details and he doesn't show up. I have been trying and trying to get in touch with Len for over 9 months!! Not ONE phone call back to me. I am terribly frustrated and disappointed!!
