Leonard Saunders far exceed my expectations by taking a situation where my girlfriend was barred from the country for 6 months to the happy outcome of my girlfriend getting her TN visa 2 days later. The details are below but to sum up now, if you’re having an immigration problem near Blaine, Washing...ton, you need to call Leonard Saunders. My Canadian girlfriend was hired for an accounting job in Seattle. On a Thursday she went up to the US border with a letter to apply for her TN visa. She was denied since she had forgotten her original diplomas and they had some issues about the TN letter. Also, she was denied a visitor entry because she no longer had ties to Canada since she was anticipating starting work in Seattle and had been staying with me for a week. However, she still was paying for her Canadian apartment until the end of the month and had been living there for years. She called me and I drove up with her diplomas. It was unclear what was wrong with the TN letter so I naively drove her back to the border to find out what we needed. This was a mistake because the border guards took it as a second attempt to enter, would not let me say anything, told her she was now barred from the country for 6 months and threaten to throw her in immigration detention if she tried to enter again. She was told she may not be allowed back in even after 6 months and would not get a TN visa. Both of us were shocked. I stayed up most of the night online researching what just happened. We slept little that night and decided she needed to get a place and a job in Vancouver for at least 6 months. I thought the best I would be able to do was schedule an appointment to meet an attorney the following week. However, the next day I called twice and eventually spoke with an attorney in Seattle who recommended Leonard (Len, not sure of spelling) Saunders. I immediately called Len, he asked a few questions and agreed to meet us Saturday morning in Canada. Len, was professional, friendly, and from his questions and comments, obviously was the guy we needed. Len reviewed our TN letter and put us to work gathering ties and equities for the last 6 months. While we were busy gather data he went to the border to find out more information on why my girlfriend was denied entry and a TN visa. Len met us again at 4pm on Saturday to review our paperwork. He asked us more questions, reviewed our paperwork and arranged to tentatively attempt to get the visa again the next morning. On Sunday morning my girlfriend met Len at the border and Len stayed with her for 2 hours as she again applied for her TN visa. All of Len’s help paid off and she was granted her visa. Not only did Len get my girlfriend’s TN visa and fix the problem over the weekend, he only charged us half price since he did not have draft a new TN letter. Both my girlfriend and I are extremely grateful to Len for going far beyond what is normal and helping us through this difficult time.

My experience with was terrible. At first he seemed very good but as soon as I was committed to working with him it was like he dropped off the face of the earth!!! A process that was supposed to take 3 months in the "worst case scenario" has been going on for more than 9 months. He never returns ...any of my calls/voicemails. He was supposed to send me my file that he told me he had submitted 6 months ago and he never has!!!! I am quite sure he never submitted it in the first place and now he is too embarrassed to prove that he hasn't so instead he just avoids me, screens my calls, has his receptionist lie and if I do happen to catch him on his cell, he says he can't speak right then because he is in the middle of something and that he will call me back in an hour, or 20 minutes, or at 4pm...something specific....which means he is obviously lying and then of course he never returns my call! At this point I am going to have to find a new lawyer to try to help me out. What a complete was of time and money!!!! He has been TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! There is nothing worse than being committed to a consultant, trusting them...that they are working on your behalf and that they are professional and compensating them accordingly and then finding out the complete opposite. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!!!

By then, I had spent many thousands of dollars with unscrupulous lawyers and legal services promising my waiver but only wanting more fees. Len was a different experience right from the beginning. He was completely hones...t and blunt about my situation, and researched my case before he requested any money at all. By the time I sent my first (very reasonable) payment, he already knew and understood my situation and suggested a straightforward, cost-effective, relatively speedy and ultimately successful remedy for me. The other lawyers and services got thousands of dollars from me simply for taking my calls and spending time on the phone with me. Len has always gotten back to me quickly and worked honestly on my cases, as well as those of the several referrals I’ve sent his way over the years. In fact, everyone I know who has worked with him literally cannot believe that there would be anyone out there who might feel differently. Sure, anyone’s case might not go the way they want, but I can’t imagine that there would be a more qualified & honest person to resolve an immigration matter than Mr. Saunders. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these unscrupulous lawyers and services might have made some negative posts themselves.
