You could not possibly imagine a better immigration lawyer than Len Saunders. My case was a bit complicated, so I carefully weighed the alternatives - other lawyers, paralegal companies, Reddit and Visa Journey support groups. During our 2-year process of obtaining a spousal immigration visa while my US-citizen spouse and I were living in Canada, he and his paralegal, Pavan, were incredibly efficient at filing all the necessary paperwork and preparing us for the next steps. Len was available to answer questions on short notice. He responded to texts and phone calls within minutes. If an important milestone or change came up, he reached out to us before we had time to think about it. We live just across the Canadian border from his office, so he encouraged us to drop by for check-ins regularly. In addition to his legal expertise, he is an entertaining conversationalist and a great coach. When our spirits were lagging, he was always able keep us optimistic with witty anecdotes and practical advice. By contrast, when I looked at the self-help community support groups, a majority of the posters were experiencing anxiety and frustration and delays because of mistakes in paperwork or wrong assumptions about their situations. Len took care of us with endless patience and expertise. He thoroughly prepared me for my interview at the US Consulate in Montreal and accurately predicted how it would unfold. When our case was approved, he was as happy as we were. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I was so nervous to seek the assistance of a lawyer. I only wish we had hired him sooner instead of wasting about a year with Boundless Immigration, which got us nowhere except more confused and feeling hopeless about the whole process. Thanks to your help I was able to quit my other job where I was being hosted on a TN visa and miserable… I now have a new job doing something that I love, in the US, legitimately… there is less stress in our home and we are expecting our first baby together in the fall and looking forward to the rest of our lives together!!! All I can say is hire Len now, don’t waste any more time on online scams like Boundless. He’s the real deal!
