Trust/Will Lawyer - Strongly Recommend

Steve Avery proved to be an excellent resource to setup one's final wishes for wills, health directives, and financial trusts. He's personable and willing to answer any questions we asked.

Very responsive

We solicitated the services of Steven Avery to help us draft a Living Trust. From start to finish he was very responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. We would highly recommend using him for similar legal services.

Wills, Setting up Trust, Power of Attorney and Medical Directive

Steven was great in answering all our questions and was patient with us as we dragged our feet to get the paperwork done. He is thorough and well worth the cost. We feel we are in good shape financially if anything should happen to us.

Not just for elders

We are in our late thirties/early forties with elementary school aged children. After losing close family members who had been named guardians in earlier and less comprehensive versions of our wills, we hired Steve to ensure our wills and power of attorney were handled correctly, and give us peace of... mind that our children would be cared for well in the event of losing us. Steve helped us understand our options and was efficient in producing final documents. We are very happy to have this all done and know that it has been handled by a professional!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!

I contacted Steven to prepare my estate and he listened to my particular specific details with great interest. He made suggestions and reviewed my draft with me. My trust has now been completed and that weight is off my shoulders. I count him as my friend as well as my estate attorney. Steven is trul...y amazing and I give him my highest regards and rating for his work. Thank you again, Steve, so very, very much!!! Very best, M. Cooper

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
