One and done!

We met with Steven about creating our living trusts, having been told by our family attorney that we didn’t need a trust because probate is “so simple” in Washington. It turned out that his flat fee for three clearly worded trusts was significantly less expensive than probate costs for one of us (whi...ch our children would have had to pay for out of their inheritance). Steve had all the trust documents ready to sign by the end of the week and we’re quite happy with the work. He is a very easy person to work with. No hard sell or pressure, just straight answers and efficiency. We highly recommend him!

Great lawyer and really cares about clients

Steve has worked for Myself twice and my In-Laws once. He was extremely helpful. He saved my in-laws from a very sad situation. He also helped me with a fiend that had no support except for me when she passed. He was also there with just the right advice and care when my wife passed.

great first experience with Steve Avery

Steve was recommended to us by our accountant. He was helpful with steps that needed to be taken with my husband's mother and setting up fair and legal distribution of her estate with his 2 sisters since they did not live in this area. It was a complicated process that he helped direct us through. ... which we all greatly appreciated. Steve was so helpful with this process we are working with him now on our own wills which hopefully help our children in the future.

Honest, Professional, and a Nice Guy!

I have had the privilege of working with Steve Avery on many occasions with the representation of homes in probate. Steve is passionate, caring, sincere, and honest with all communication with his clients. In his work he has to deal with all personality types. People's true colors come out especiall...y after the death of a loved one. I have witnessed first hand how his calm nature can turn an irrational person around. In fact, I can tell you that his success rate is 100%. When you hire Steve Avery to handle your estate, it's a win-win for all involved!
