Biography
I am a personal injury and accident lawyer in Bellingham and Mount Vernon, Washington, serving clients in Whatcom and Skagit Counties and all of Northwest Washington. I help clients recover the fair compensation they deserve after an accident or other injury, and I work to relieve the stress of mounting medical bills, difficulty accessing medical treatment, disability and missed work, and other hardships that often accompany a serious injury. Consultations are always free, and I charge absolutely no attorneys' fees unless I recover compensation for you. In other words, you pay nothing up front; I simply work to recover money for you, and if I am successful, my attorneys' fees are calculated as a percentage of the money I recovered for you.
I graduated with honors from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, in 2012, and worked in the field of personal injury law as a paralegal even before going to law school. Among other legal experience, I have worked for state and federal judges at the federal district court and state appellate court levels, and I have worked on several high-profile cases, including the Volkswagen "clean diesel" litigation, the Wells Fargo unauthorized accounts litigation, the Syngenta GMO corn litigation, and the Equifax data breach case.
I also speak fluent Spanish, and my office offers legal services in both English and Spanish.
