"I endorse this lawyer. He's the best lawyer I've ever seen in Traffic Court. In my opinion, many judges see Contested Hearings of Traffic Infractions as less significant than Criminal Traffic charges like DUI and Reckless Driving (which James also excels at handling). But many citizens' only exposure to the court system is a Traffic hearing. But they often don't realize the ramifications of Infractions on their insurance, certain jobs, even suspension of their license if they accumulate a certain number of traffic infractions in a short period of time. Even though infractions can't land a driver in jail, fines continue to increase because the various governments need the revenue.
