He worked a miracle. No way I should have gotten off, but he came through.
I have used him several times, and so have my family. Each time he has successfully won the case for us. In my situation, I told the cop I would see him in court (not so smart a thing to do!!) Anyway, James got the ticket removed. Moral of story--keep your mouth shut, don't speed, and if yo...

Difficult to get closure
Hired him based on a referral for a ticket my son got in November. I just keep getting mail on new court dates and no update from James and he is slow to call back when I leave a message. Fax number is not posted on website to fax new court dates.

"I endorse this lawyer. He's the best lawyer I've ever seen in Traffic Court. In my opinion, many judges see Contested Hearings of Traffic Infractions as less significant than Criminal Traffic charges like DUI and Reckless Driving (which James also excels at handling). But many citizens' only exposure to the court system is a Traffic hearing. But they often don't realize the ramifications of Infractions on their insurance, certain jobs, even suspension of their license if they accumulate a certain number of traffic infractions in a short period of time.
