Following her advice and recomendations and with her guiding my decisions I was able to find a mediator and we successfully completed the divorce in mediation without ever going to court. I hired Ms. Fleming after a paid consultation. After that, she was difficult to reach, she couldn't remember my correct name on several different occasions and gave me extremely poor legal advice and representation. Looking back at the situation now, it is hard for me to understand how she even ho...lds a license. Years later I have an unresolved matter due to her lack of proper representation.

Due to the fact no children were involved and my ex's annual salary being slightly more than mine, she stated the case would take no more than 6 months. 2.5 years and $9000 plus later, I was no further along in my case than when I first walked into her office.
