Sarah is an absolute professional

Sarah is an extremely professional and compassionate attorney who knows Washington State Law inside and out. She invests in her clients and positive outcomes. I have used Sarah’s services on many occasions and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for competent and professional legal counsel....

She new the facts going into the situation and said it shouldn't be a problem. She strung us along for months and then said it would cost $5000 to continue and we may not win. If she is such a great attorney why did she not tell us that going in. I would not have wasted my time or money. She now s...ent us a final bill for $500 with no details. Don't use her.

Highly Recommended

Absolutely recommend Ms. Sarah Duncan to those who need an attorney to help parents and families put in place all appropriate documents. She is caring, a whip smart and savvy attorney, and is very pleasant to work with and she inspires a great deal of confidence. She is the 6th attorney I've dealt w...ith regarding family / elder estates. Some were better than others. Sarah tops them all.

I have already recommended Sarah as an attorney to use in the Everett area to my friends and relatives.

While the main part of my arbitration necessarily took place in another state it was necessary to also have an attorney in Washington. Sarah was an excellent choice. I only wish she had been the primary attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
