Thomas Darrow Adams

      I have practiced law in Snohomish County, Washington, for over 35 years.  After receiving my BA from University of the Pacific in 1970, I served three years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, completing my service as a Captain. In 1978. I was awarded my JD from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.  My practice focuses primarily on business and real estate litigation.  I have represented private individuals, banks, businesses, title companies and school districts in the Superior Court, Courts of Appeal and State Supreme Court. I have been appointed by the Snohomish County Superior Court as a Special Master assisting the Court in real estate matters and as a Hearing Officer. 

      As a member of the Snohomish County community, I have served on the boards of the Snohomish County Boys and Girls Clubs, the Lake Stevens Education Foundation, Snohomish Food Bank and Sherwood Technical Services. I have assisted Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs in the legal formation of their charitable foundations, and have drafted the organizational documents and charters for numerous nonprofit organizations including Community Kitchen of Snohomish and the Education Foundations for the Arlington, Lakewood and Lake Stevens public schools.
