Having hired Genesis law firm to represent me. Sam shuffled my case to the newest member of his firm. One that had never presented anything in Washington state. Sam demanded that he would watch over this attorney, once I had called them on this bait and switch tactic. Six months of hearings and I’m n...o closer to having my ex husband fill out deeds, titles, insurance premiums, remove me from bank accounts, or receive any of the judgements, monetary or otherwise, from the court. Sam said his firm would pursue all attorney fees, as all replies to the court dates were turned in without me being allowed to read them, less than half of my fees were ever asked for.
