Amazing!

My divorce was a complete and total nightmare that took about two years to complete. People around me were even comparing it to a soap opera because it was so ridiculous and time consuming. Laura Hoskins and Earl Morriss were the ONLY and I mean ONLY attorneys that were able to actually get me divorc...ed and to handle my ex spouse. When I came to them, I was at my wits end. I had two previous attorneys that had tried and failed to get my short marriage with no children dissolved. Laura and Earl were the only ones able to do this. They are both amazing attorneys and they will not charge you an arm and a leg. Thank you Laura and Earl!

I highly recommend Earl Morriss

We have an easement over our property that our neighbors use to access their home. My neighbors decided that the easement land on my property was their right to do with what they wanted and proceeded to landscape the area (without my permission) with plants that were very unsightly and did not fit i...n with the existing landscape. After my neighbor refused to remove his plants so that I could properly landscape the easement area, I set out on the internet to find a property attorney who could help us with our situation. I came across this website, and after reading several questions that were similar to our situation, I found that Earl provided very solid and knowledgeable answers to people’s questions. I then decided that Earl was the right attorney to help me and I proceeded to email him and explain my situation to see if he could help me. Earl responded within the day and explained clearly and concisely what my property rights were. I always knew my neighbor was clearly wrong, and Earl confirmed that was the case after thoroughly reviewing all the documents involved, and helped clear up the property rights issue with my neighbor with a well worded letter that ended up settling the matter. I very highly recommend Earl. I say this, not just because I “won” my case, but because Earl was extremely responsive to all my emails, always responding within the same day, and in most cases, within the same hour. Earl is extremely knowledgeable about property rights, and I felt very confident in his abilities knowing that if things got ugly in my situation, that he was in my corner 100% of the time. I hope to not ever have another property dispute, but if do, Earl will be the first person I call. Earl is a top notch lawyer that I highly recommend.

Good support and advice

We had a confusing real estate problem that was left over from a 40 year old feud between former owners of our property. Mr. Morriss gave us sound advice, and then walked the paperwork through the system to clarify ownership. He also protected us from future pitfalls which we were unaware of before... he explained them. We were very pleased with the service we received.
