Excellent Attorney!

I have used Rob Trickler for my evictions for years. He has never lost a case not only have I received excellent service, he has always been available to talk to me if I have questions or a problem. He is very involved with the State Legislature and not only knows what is going on in Olympia, but wri...tes Bills for us Landlords and passes that information on to his clients. I really appreciate what he does for me and all Landlords!!

Great Attorney for a bad experience

Rob Trickler and his office staff were great at handling my eviction for me! They turned an awful, expensive experience with a very aggressive tenant into a win-win victory! Rob was a delight to watch defend me in court and we left victorious and with a judgement! His pleasant staff kept me informe...d throughout the entire process and I felt the fees were more than reasonable. I will use Rob for every tenant-landlord issue I have in the future. Thanks Rob!

Mixed Grade for our Eviction Experience

I would give All County Evictions a mixed grade for how our recent eviction was handled. This was our first experience of going through the process, and we really didn't know what we should expect in this stressful situation. In terms of getting the eviction done, we would give them an A. We sta...rted the process on March 2nd and the Sherriff posted the eviction notice on April 3rd. The tenants moved out shortly thereafter. What All County Evictions really did poorly however, receiving an F, was communications. As this was our first eviction, we were not sure what to expect or the usual timeline, so we had lots of questions. We felt they resented having to explain the procedure to us and were very short and/or curt on the phone when we called. It seemed as if we were inconveniencing them for asking questions. For example, when we called to ask if a step in the procedure was complete, we were told, "We said we would call you when it was done." It was well past the time they said this step would be done, but had not received any call, nonetheless, we felt the response was rude and unprofessional. Our other tenants told us when papers were served to the family we were evicting 2-4 days before the attorney's office called and told us. If we ever have to go through an eviction again we may use All County Evictions since now we know the procedure. Basically, if all you want to know is when an eviction is over, All County Evictions will be helpful, but if you want to learn the process and be kept informed of what is going on, then you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, we give them C+. They got the job done, but are really lacking in communications skills.

Slow and unresponsive

Contacted this firm for an eviction, but never had a chance to speak to an attorney, only an office manager. After three weeks and no action, the office manager referred me to another outfit. Hmm….

Unresponsive

I contacted Rob late April about my downstairs tennants doing illegal drugs and harassing my upstairs tennants. Under the states current moratorium he said the case would be challenging but he would be willing to take it on! He then advised me to have my upstairs tennants write an affidavit expla...ining the situation. I then contacted him the following week with the completed affidavit! He explained to me that his secretary had contracted covid 19 and that it might take over a week to get the paperwork completed. I agreed to it and waited till the following tuesday with no response. I then decided to reach out to Rob again calling him that day and two days later with no responses what so ever. I then realized after spending two weeks of my time waiting that Rob Trickler was not going to help! I then hired John P Livingston up in whatcom county and had my case wrapped up in a little less then a month with the drug addicts out of my home! I understand that things happen like your secretary getting covid! But the problem here is he just dodged my phone calls and wasted my time for 2 weeks instead of properly communicating like a man and being a professional about it!
