Thorough and Responsive

I was rear ended by a commercial van and was getting nowhere with the insurance company. The accident aggravated a pre-existing condition and my PIP had run out. When I met with John he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to ask plenty of questions and explain the process and what to expec...t. I hired him on the spot. John kept me informed every step of the way and answered every question. We settled my case for far more that I was expecting. I got a generous settlement and all of my medical expenses were paid. I would definitely recommend John Follis.
