I retained him as my lawyer and he was non-responsive, by phone and email. He talked a good game face to face, but did not followed through. He told me he was prepared for and had similar cases, it was clear he had not and did not know how to deal with a case where the opposing party wasn't simple ...to deal with or predict. When issues came up involving hearing, he was unavailable, even to respond to questions. Hiring him put me behind in a difficult situation. He thought the opposing party would back down and not follow through, so he didn't bother to consider next moves if opposing party did follow through, and was not available as a result when they did and it went to court. Leaving me to field the situation with no legal assistance or representation. Not recommended.
