Biography
Ms. Lauber graduated from Seattle University School of Law with a strong commitment to serving social justice and the public interest. During school, she participated in the Ronald Peterson Law Clinic’s Predatory Lending program where she assisted homeowners in fighting banks to keep their homes during the economic downturn. She also volunteered with Multifaith Works, a community organization dedicated to the de-stimatization and support of individuals living with HIV and Aids. After graduation, Ms. Lauber was hired by a downtown Seattle firm where she learned bankruptcy law and met Ms. Dancey and saw the potential for important advocacy in debt relief services for folks struggling to find their financial stability. Now, an experienced debt negotiator, and bankruptcy practitioner, Ms. Lauber believes deeply in resolving issues of access to legal services and is proud to provide low-bono and sliding scale services through the firm. be careful
came in great need. I hired them because if the way the consolation went. Missed meetings and phone calls and finally come get your retainer we are NOT the lawyer you need left me shattered. They talk a good game no follow through.

Fresh start with great help
This was effert free, easy going, just give your info and sit back kind of service. There was a hiccup with lying garnishment payments paid and them saying otherwise. But with time all that came to light and money was returned. Very friendly and quick to respond to emails. 100% recommended

Bottom of the barrel
For family law, this is a firm to avoid at all cost. Major lack of knowledge and more importantly, their billing malpractice running up bills where 80-90% of their bill lists "emails and phone calls" rather than actual work is clear representation of their focus within their practice - money grab wit...

"Emails and calls" with yourself or opposing parties and counsel do constitute work within the scope of our agreement, as any other law firm. That we were not able to achieve any of your objections owes largely to the fact that you did not pay your bill, and we are unable to provide services for free. We wish you only the best going forward.

Debt Settlement
