My wife and I were involve in an ugly custody battle with her ex-husband for almost 1 year. Our original attorney was repeatedly unprepared and ineffective during our court hearings which led to our children being removed from the state and sent to Arkansas. Tony was very well qualified to handle my divorce. He knew the law, current trends in divorce cases, and how to secure child support for my autistic daughter. He was sensitive and empathetic to the emotional trauma a divorce precipitates, along with the financial impacts. In court he was completely ...at ease as he presented breach of contract, of opposing council. Then, deftly put the opposing attorney in his place, so smoothly that he was left at the bench looking at the Judge after a ruling had been entered.
