Professional, Responsive, Effective

Berger Construction Law helped us settle a dispute with the contractor we’d hired to remodel our house. We were referred to Tymon through a recommendation from another attorney. When I explained our problem in the initial call, Tymon confirmed that handling our situation was ‘right in his wheelhouse,...’ and he was absolutely correct. Throughout the process, Tymon listened attentively, provided candid feedback and was always responsive. His familiarity with both sides of the construction equation give him insights that proved invaluable for us. In the end, Tymon quickly and efficiently negotiated a settlement that we could live with at a price that was more than fair. We give Tymon our highest recommendation.

Succeeded when another attorney failed

I first hired a different attorney at a large firm to help with an issue I had with a general contractor who was threatening me. She told me that I was hosed; Because of the contract I had signed, this bully of a GC had me over a barrel. Before I forked over ~$30k to the bully GC, I contacted Tymon B...erger. Thank heavens I did. Tymon took the time to investigate the contract, the GC, and the situation. He listened to what I had to say -- something that not every attorney does. He understood my wishes and followed them clearly. And he came up with a clear and fair strategy to help me. I never had to pay another dime to the GC. We settled amicably. Tymon is a great communicator. He managed my expectations well and always followed through on commitments. Working with him was such a positive experience. I pale to think that I almost forked over $30k (for work not completed) just because that previous lawyer didn't care to listen or bother. So yeah, Tymon is my hero.

Extremely Knowledgeable & Helpful

Stuck in a difficult situation with a contractor who sprung a large last-minute bill on us, Tymon's expertise and guidance was invaluable. He reviewed our builder's contract (free of charge even!) and gave us outstanding advice that led to a fair compromise -- saving us a lot of money. He's clearly v...ery knowledgeable, and has prior contractor experience so he understands both the practical and legal aspects of the industry. And he was able to explain our legal options in a way that was easy to grasp. I'd highly recommend Tymon.

Contractor's Lawyer

We hired Tymon to help us with a dispute with a GC. Tymon knows the business, knows the language, and the used the perfect mix of construction perspective and legal leverage to get the claim (very) favorably resolved for us. Couldn't be happier with his representation. I really appreciate the well-ro...unded approach Tymon brings to the table. He's ideally suited for representing contractors in anything related to construction.
