Steady, Caring, Meticulous, Flexible and Effective

Our case was long and complex. Megan was a steady guiding force, and a caring advocate. Opposing council was melodramatic and aggressive. Megan was never flustered. She was tough when she needed to be; she defused the drama and worked diligently to keep the focus on the best interest of my children. ... Megan was patient and put in the time and effort necessary to understand every aspect of our case, which proved to be an advantage, as she was able to understand details the opposing attorneys did not, and create effective strategies. Megan gave, sober and realistic assessments of potential outcomes, even when they were not favorable to me. She did not sugar coat or make promises, or minimize the risk inherent in any family court hearing or trial. I have learned that many details that are important for children's lives can fall through the cracks in the way family law is implemented by the court. Megan's approach was a big factor in turning what could have been a devastating outcome for my family into a positive one. I do not think this would have ended so well with out her specific talents.

Very thorough, excellent family law attorney

Megan took a case of mine around the time she began her law career. This was for a wrongful suit against me by the state department of social and health services. I was a single mother at the time, with very little resources. Her extraordinary knowledge and thorough manner of persitence, won my ca...se, even AFTER the state appealled the case after our first win. I commend Megan for her excellence in law, and would definitely recommend her to anyone!
