Todd Tyler Williams

My practice focuses on litigation and counseling involving a wide variety of matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and in arbitration and mediation forums.  I handle a wide variety of cases including securities litigation, trademark infringement, software quality disputes, regulatory compliance, employment litigation, product liability, fraud and business contract disputes.  I also represent individuals and companies involved in government investigations and enforcement actions and I advise clients on U.S. export controls.  I am certified as an Export Compliance Professional – ITAR  by the Export Compliance Training Institute.

Prior to joining Corr Cronin, I was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP in New York where my practice focused on government investigations, securities litigation, and internal corporate investigations, including compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  Prior to entering private practice, I served as International Law Research Fellow for the Public International Law and Policy Group where I provided legal and policy advice to foreign government officials on matters including anti-corruption policies and political decentralization.  I also worked as an investigator for the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board where I investigated allegations of misconduct against the NYPD.

I am a former lecturer at the University of Washington Jackson School of International Studies where I taught a masters-level course on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and strategies for combatting corruption in the public and private arenas.  I am licensed to practice in Washington and Idaho.
