I am a partner in the Corr Cronin firm. I am an experienced jury trial lawyer who has tried more than seventy cases to verdict. My practice focuses on complex trial work, including product liability lawsuits, commercial litigation and the defense of securities and other class action lawsuits. I also use my experience as a former SEC attorney and criminal prosecutor to help individuals and companies respond to civil and criminal investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, I was a senior homicide prosecutor in Seattle, where, for several years, I exclusively tried murder cases, including a number that received front-page media attention. Before moving to Seattle to become a prosecutor, I practiced in Washington, D.C., where I began my career as a staff attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement.

Great experienced litigator!
My organization hired Steven to represent us in a major case against a large city. He did a great job of litigating this case at the trial court and in the court of appeals. Great lawyer!
"As a judge I saw Steve Fogg try many criminal cases with excellence. I was the mediator in a difficult federal intellectual property property case between a small business and a large business. Steve helped his client see why a settlement served the interests of all parties, even though Steve might have had a large fee trying the case."
"I have known Steve since our early days together in the King County Prosecutor's Office. He is extremely intelligent, hard-working, and a very formidable litigator. Steve has extensive courtroom experience and is highly regarded by judges and fellow attorneys. His professionalism is unquestioned, and I refer clients to him with the utmost confidence. I highly recommend him."
"I've known Steve for several years and, put simply, he is one of the best business litigators in Washington. He is incredibly bright, extremely hard-working, and very resourceful. Most importantly, Steve always seems to find a way to get amazing outcomes for his clients. I endorse Steve without reservation to anyone looking for a business litigator or securities fraud attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Steve has a sharp mind, a quick wit, and is exhibits the highest level of professionalism in his work."
