Highly Recommended!

Kraft Davies Olsson is a very professional and outstanding law firm with good client/firm communication that cares about the well-being and outcome of their client's case. We worked with Rick specifically. He is very down to earth, but professional and thorough with his work. Thanks to him we can put... my husband's injury/claim behind us and move forward with life. We really appreciate Rick's hard work and support through the whole process. We highly recommend Rick and Kraft Davies Olsson Law Firm.

Torn Rotator Cuff Muscle

I am from the east coast but tore one of my rotator cuff muscles permanently due to clear and unequivocal negligence by a WA based boat company. I described my situation in the box on KPD website and Rick called me long distance within only 5 mins. I hired him and, aided by his contacts, he laid out ...a compelling case of company negligence. It took several years and I had to fly across the US several times, but I finally received the best settlement possible under the totality of the circumstances. A skilled orthopedic surgeon tried to repair the tear, but it didn't hold and as part of the rehab, I had to acquire an electric stimulator from a medical supply co. For 3 years after settlement and after the stimulator and minor supplies were returned, I received harassing letters from this company stating that I owed them thousands of dollars and that the equipment had not been returned. I called Rick each time, and well after KPD had received its payment, he graciously advised me on this matter, wrote letters, and telephoned the company until I finally got a closure letter from them. Rick is a very friendly, affable person who smiles and laughs a lot and is a pleasure to be around, as opposed to many lawyers who are stiff and formal. While I will always have the torn muscle, the positive side to this experience is that I made a lifelong friend in the process. My only real regret is that Rick is 3,000+ miles away in Seattle and not in my east coast state and city where I could use him on a host of other legal matters for which I have hired effective but dry and rather withered local attorneys. I HIGHLY recommend Rick for any matter that he can possibly deal with. His personality lights up one's day.

Work Injury

Hello to all review readers! I had a work related injury so I seached the good ol Google for work related injury attornies in Seattle and there are a few different law offices that come up on the 1st page. Kraft Palmer Davies is one of them and that certainly is not by mistake. Everybody hears night ...mare stories when it comes to dealing with attornies, or finding the right attorney etc. but my experience with Kraft Palmer Davies working directly with Rick Davies was flawless. I tend to be a very meticulous person and do not have very much patience with others so that being said I might have had more questions and concerns than the average person. Every time I called the office I was always able to get a hold of Rick Davies and if I couldn't right away either his office or him was very prompt to get back with me. I felt like I was a part of the process of building my case from start to finish and I felt insured everyday that I couldn't have picked a better firm to represent me. In all and ending I don't normally write reviews because typically I am to busy of a person to make time but in this case I felt like I needed to spread the word that if you are in need of a good law office I highly recommend Kraft Palmer Davies. I recieved a very fair compensation to help me move on and better myself in a different career, put my self through college, and have now started my own company in Portland. I owe a lot of my success to Kraft Palmer Davies, and I am thankfully for the opportunity they helped provide me to find a fresh start. Hats off and cheers! Thanks Rick!! P.S. Thanks for the Christmas cards and birthday cards every year as well, classic example of going that extra mile!

Richard Davies defined every detail of my personal injury case that resulted in a successful outcome.

I found Richard Davies to be very responsive in handling my personnel injury case. He made the entire process of building a strong case to support my claim seem simple...but very effective. His network of "Experts" to present supporting evidence in the form of videos and expert reports contributed ...to a successful outcome. Overall, a very professional and effective job by Richard Davies. I would definately recommend him to family and/or a friend(s). Very easy to work with.....Good Person.

The attorney is W~O~N~D~E~R~F~U~L !!!!!!!

Mr. Davies handled a auto accident for me and I received a settlement offer far beyond what I was expecting. He kept in constant contact with me and always let me know where we were at in the process. He is highly skilled in personal injury law, and works very hard to reach a settlement that the clie...nt can honestly live with. I have recommended him to numerious people and they are all thanking ME for the recommendation. Richard Davoes is the one and only attorney you will need for your personal injuries case! He does it all!
