Eviction Success

We had a tenant in Moclips that refused to leave. She had not paid rent for a year, was doing drugs, making a mess on our lot and being a nuisance in the neighborhood. We used Erik Kupka as an attorney to help us get her and her RV off our lot. It took a while with all the court proceedings and notic...es. But Erik kept us informed every step of the way and let us know what to expect. After several months, the tenant and her large RV are officially off our lot. It seems like it took a while to work through the legal system, but it is now done. Thank you, Erik !

Skillful and Accomplished Lawyer

Erik Kupka is an outstanding lawyer who I would recommend to anyone. He not only helped myself in a legal matter and was able to get my charges reduced, but helped two of my other family members with their legal matter also. Erik Kupka is an advocate for lawyers everywhere, he will do his absolute be...st to help you get the elite outcome of whatever situation you've gotten yourself into. I would call him multiple times a day and he would answer or return my calls as soon as he could to put my mind at ease (yes I'm considered on of the good kids in the class so getting in trouble was/is new to me) I'm sure he got tired of how often I would call about my case, but he never complained and was ALWAYS helpful and honest with me for whatever questions I had. He is intelligent, communicative, understanding, helpful, trustworthy, and many other amazing attributes. Mr. Kupka provides excellent service to his clients I definitely don't plan on getting into trouble ever again, but if myself or anyone in my family does I know who to call.

Excellent Criminal Defense

I was recently facing VUCSA charges in Pacific County, WA. I had no prior arrest record, no experience in the legal system beyond jury duty, and was scared by the prospect of having a felony on my record and doing jail time. Erik put me at ease at my initial consultation with him. He presented a ran...ge of possible outcomes, and while he made no promises, his years of experience practicing in Pacific County, his aggressive attitude toward pursuing the best possible outcome in my case, and moreover, his compassion for my situation were reassuring. I knew right away that Erik was the person I wanted to represent me. Working with Erik was a pleasure. He gave good coaching for my court appearances, was prompt and courteous in communications, and kept me informed of developments in my case. Erik was able to negotiate a diversion agreement, thereby avoiding the felony conviction and jail time. I couldn't be happier with his service.

The best attorney in my book

I hired Mr. Kupka for a very serious A class felony case, was determined that I was going to be doing jail time. He never lied about one thing nor sugar coated anything at all. He was honest and up front with everything. At the end of my case I got two misdemeanors and no jail time. Couldn't have ask...ed for a better attorney.
