Many of the business disputes I handle involve agreements to arbitrate. I have handled cases before international, national, and local arbitration tribunals.

I counsel employees and employers on the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants, including noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements. I frequently help executives, professionals, and others change jobs without being sued.

In addition to a wide array of commercial disputes, I have also handled lawsuits and disputes in the areas of trusts and estates, wrongful death, and sexual abuse.

My litigation practice emphasizes cases involving, trade secrets, noncompetition and nonsolicitation covenants, unfair competition, and securities and investment fraud.
