Knowledgeable and Professional

We were very fortunate to have been referred to Brendan by an (insurance) attorney of all things! We are so thankful for how empathetic, very knowledgeable, and very responsive to our insurance issue after multiple burglaries to our small business. Thank you!

Insurance claim representation

We were so fortunate to be referred to Brenden for assistance on an insurance claim. Not only was he very responsive and professional, he was friendly and able to speak to us without the legal jargon (while not talking down to us). This was an emotional and stressful situation for us and we knew quic...kly how much Brenden cared for us (it felt genuine, rather than just another client to bill his time for). For our situation, we determined the best way to move forward (keeping our not deep pockets in mind) was to have him in the background proving guidance in our communications directly with the insurance company and if needed he could step in and work with them directly. Not only did he make this scary and overwhelming process so much better, but he was sympathetic and understanding and without a doubt was key in us getting a settlement that was more favorable for us. He also has a great laugh. We never questioned our decision to hire Brenden to help us and looking back when writing this, I feel so grateful we found him.

Connection and Results

Brendan did an incredible job of both being empathetic and connected during what was an emotional and difficult case following my husband’s death while at the same time being knowledgeable and persevering to resolve my case to the best conclusion. Brendan was and has remained highly responsive to all... communication and had a talent for explaining details in a way that was clear. I appreciate his services greatly.

Construction Resolution

Althought my wife specifically dealt with Brendan i was aware of everything that went on on two legal issues we had in Seattle with our new construction and with a vender on the apartments we own I have been involved with numerous legal issues over 30 plus years in real estate and business ownersh...ip. Brendan was an extremely good communicator, he always wanted to resolve the issue without having to litigating, and his fees always fair i would strongly recommend anyone to Brendon for legal help Gary Spohr

Owner of construction company

I hired Brendan to help with a number of workmanship claims on a house that I built. He provided expert advice and achieved settlements from all parties way beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend him and use him in the future again if needed. You are in good hands with Brendan.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
