Mayra Alcaraz Rangel

Since 2016 I have representing individuals before Immigration agencies in Washington state. I advocate diligently for the immigrant communities that make Washington state a wonderful place.

I was raised in an immigrant farm working family and community in Pasco, WA. I am a first-generation college graduate. I graduated from the University of Washington --Seattle with degrees in Political Science and International Studies-Latin American Studies. I attended the University of Washington-School of Public Affairs and took courses under the Masters program in Public Administration including finance and budgeting, mangement, and program development. During college I held leadership positions promoting access to higher education and advancements for immigrant and Latinx community, in collaboration with University stakeholders and community organizations. 

I attended Seattle University School of Law where I  participated in immigration clinics, immigration court and a  non-profit legal services.
