Denice Gagner

When a 911 call for a medical emergency unexpectedly turned into an assault DV charge, I was thrown into a panic. Denice Gagner was referred to me by a friend of the family. She had previously been a criminal prosecutor, now turned defense attorney, who I hired initially after having some trouble with the state attorney assigned to me. I visited her office one time, and after consulting with here there and a few... phone conversations and emails regarding my case, she was able to, without much delay, get a victim witness interview over the phone from my boyfriend at the time, who claimed there was no harm or assault done to him or any damages that were claimed on my case.
