I am a retired attorney myself, so like to think I have pretty good insight into good legal services. Couple years ago I got myself in a difficult situation (due to my own foolish screwup) and asked Mr, Haggart to help me get through the complications as best as could be done. He revie...wed the legal and factual situation carefully and advised me to be less defensive --- which was very good advice, it turns out. Over the next year he worked carefully and prudently to bring the mess to a happy conclusion in my favor, and the bills were always fair and reflective of productive effort. He has my permission to have other people contact me for further questions about his performance, but what I have said here pretty much says it all -- trustworthy, practical, knowledgeable.
