Ann Parker-Way

I worked with Ann for several years at Porch, where I was VP of Finance. She has a broad range of legal and business experiences so she can help in a variety of areas.  She is able to quickly understand the business and translate legal decisions to business decisions while working within the constrai...nts of the risk tolerance/philosophy of the company for the matters she handled.  She is very efficient, a strong negotiator, and works well with tight timelines.  For example, she recently closed a very complex material commercial agreement with extremely aggressive timelines while she was on vacation.  Her expertise and work ethic was so valuable to us that we kept her on even when we hired in-house general counsel.  In short, I would highly recommend Ann to anyone that has outside general counsel needs.

Ann served as an interim general counsel for approximately 6 months.
